Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas as part of his official visit to Russia, met with President Vladimir Putin, reports TV channel trt.

Then Abbas met with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. "We are still in all positions in solidarity with the people of Palestine, supported the aspirations of the Palestinian people to strengthen its statehood," said Medvedev.
