The French foreign Ministry sees no "egregious violations" of the Minsk agreements adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine law on the status of certain regions of Donbass, which said the Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. This was stated in Paris, foreign Ministry spokesman France Romain Nadal.
"As recalled Laurent Fabius on March 14, according to the Minsk agreement should be implemented decentralization and institutional developments to give more autonomy to the regions in the East of Ukraine.
