He said this in his speech at a plenary meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg on Thursday.
"Ukraine is monolithic. It is necessary to stop the flows of lies and hatred spread by the Russian media, as it does not help establish peace," he said.
He said that the Ukrainian people do not want war and that all ideas of separatism had been imposed on the Ukrainian people from outside.
