Ukraine and Turkey sign agreement to protect investment

Turkish Minister of Economy Nihat Zeybekci had negotiation in Kyiv Turkish Minister of Economy Nihat Zeybekci and Ukrainian First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv have signed a bilateral intergovernmental agreement on mutual facilitation and protection of investment, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
Respective documents were signed in Kyiv on Monday after the sixth meeting of the High-Level Strategic Council chaired by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The President of Turkey stated that the negotiations with Poroshenko had covered steps to develop cooperation in the fields of transport, tourism, energy, military sector, defense industry, education, and culture.
