Turkey and Russia have agreed on ceasefire plan in Syria

Ankara and Moscow will endeavor to implement the plan between all the warring fractions on December 29th Turkey and Russia have agreed on terms for a cease-fire in Syria in order to extend the present ceasefire in eastern Aleppo to the scale of the entire war-torn country.
That was reported on Wednesday by state news agency Anadolu, citing "reliable sources".
Sources also told the news agency that Ankara and Moscow will endeavor to implement the plan between all the warring fractions on December 29th.
At the same time, terrorist organizations will be excluded from the ceasefire agreement.
