Said the First Deputy Minister of Culture of Ukraine Svetlana Fomenko The request of the Ukrainian side to challenge the judge of the Court of Appeal of Amsterdam, who is considering the case of “Scythian gold”, is not satisfied, said the First Deputy Minister of Culture of Ukraine Svetlana Fomenko.
“Today there was a decision to refuse our application for the challenge of a judge. We don’t have any details yet. We will contact our Dutch advisers. The Ministry of Justice controls this process, ”said Fomenko.
According to her, this refusal "is nothing to worry about."
“This is of course a complication of the procedure, but we move on and submit further documents and participate in the review,” she added.
