In Ukraine diplomats of Asian countries gave a helping hand to refugees from Donbas and Crimea
In Ukraine Diplomats of Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, Pakistan, Palestine, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Japan Embassies made a resolve about transference of money in an amount of at least 60 thousand UAH, constructional materials, foods, clothes for displaced people and in Kyiv the 12th of November ranking members of embassies land support to organizations, which help to these people.
Diplomats manage to raise these money during the III ‘Foods and cultures of Asian countries festival’. Its organizers were Malaysia’s and Indonesia’s Embassies in Ukraine supported by deputy of Kyivrada, Deputy accounting standing commissions on the questions of cultivations and tourism Igor Fedorenko. Also Kyiv City State Administration land support to organization of the event.
For three years on end organizers sent the money from festivals for charitable uses. After the official ceremony ambassadors and representatives of diplomatic mission had the opportunity to see the temporary rooms, where live refugees. Also diplomats were knowledgeable about repair’s process for displaced families.
Ambassadors got grateful latters for support from International charitable fund ‘Open heart’.
At the end of November, 2015 Malaysia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in Ukraine ChuahTeong Ban land a helping hand to refugees from anti-terrorist actions’ zone. Then Embassy’ fellow workers brought lamb meat to displaced people.
Fund ‘Open heart ’ search displaced families, who need help and this fund helps in refugee resettlement, finds money for their living, psychological counseling, maintenance of a foods and medicines, goods of first priority.
