In the Netherlands, due to an outbreak of coronavirus, the trial in the case of MH17, scheduled for March 23, will not be postponed, but it will be held without the presence of the public and the press.
This was reported by Censor. NO with reference to Ukrinform.
"March 23, 2020 at 10:00 hearings on the MH17 case will be held, but without the presence of the public and the press. Everyone will be able to follow the trial through a live broadcast," the court said.
Due to the situation with coronavirus, only one Dutch prosecutor will be present at the trial instead of three.
It is worth noting that in the Netherlands, all courts due to the situation with coronavirus stopped working on Tuesday, March 17. Only urgent matters were considered, but with a limited number of participants.
